I saw a report that the fall foliage may be short this year. I think that kind of sucks. I always enjoy seeing the colors of the leaves changing – especially with the mountains around here. I hope we’re able to get some good pictures and really enjoy the weather. It has more to do with the lack of rain than anything else apparently.
Hard to believe it will be winter again soon. I’ve been enjoying the outdoors so much this year that I’m going to be disappointed to see winter for a change. I usually like seeing the cold weather, but with the cold weather come shorter days and less opportunity to play soccer. That's the main reason I've been enjoying the outdoors.
Of course the holiday season is approaching too and that means time off. That is always a good thing. I’m hoping we get to make a trip to NJ at some point. We’ll have to work it out. We’re also planning to do Christmas Day with Salve’s parents this year, so we’ll be out of town for that as well. The car is going to get some miles put on it, but it should be worth it.
