I had a great break. I got to see some relatives I haven't seen in quite a while. I got to spend lots of time with my wife and daughter. I even got to relax and veg out a little. We also had some family pictures done and I'm curious to see how they turned out.
For now it's back to the grind again. I started Calculus II yesterday, after almost a month of not having class I wasn't looking forward to it. Taking a 5-credit course and working full-time is not fun, but I have to do it if I want to finally finish my degree. At least I won't have anymore 5-credit courses after this.
Salve and I looked at some house plans over the weekend. It's been over two years since we really looked at any plans. I'm beginning to think the plan we liked before won't work on the lot. It's hard to find something that's just right for the lot AND that meets our needs and desires. We may end up having to get an architect to custom design a house for us (maybe when I make enough money to afford that we can do it). I knew I should have become an architect. Oh well.
